Our Story

While our RV Park offers overnight and extended stays, at its core, this Park is a beautiful, safe community for our long-time residents. We welcome those who are looking for a place to settle for a time here in the heart of America. Come enjoy the panorama sunrises and sunsets that can only be seen on the plains. Find open space and peace in the midst of rural Colorado. And experience the beauty of small-town life in Burlington, a rich farming community where everyone works hard and looks out for each other.

We are in the baby boomer generation and have been very fortunate in many ways. Several of our friends, however, have been hard hit by the economic downturns of the past 20 years. Many of those friends no longer have the resources to own a home and are now dependent on renting. With little or no means to increase their income, these friends have felt great pressure from ever-increasing rental rates. Meanwhile, affordable living is getting harder to find. As a result, RV living is becoming a fast-growing trend. Many people in our generation are turning to RVs as an affordable housing option.

Our hope for this Park is to create a community for those living the RV lifestyle as well as for those who are considering trying it out.

Burlington is not a typical destination stop. Life here is slower and simpler. Because it is located along the I-70 corridor, Burlington sees many visitors who are simply passing through on their way to the mountains. But if you are looking for a quiet place to rest and enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and the song of birds, this is the perfect stop for you.
