Do you have Wifi?

Because of our rural location, we currently do not have Wifi. Please be prepared to use an alternate means of accessing the internet (cell phone hot spots, download media ahead of time, etc). But we are signed up for StarLink and hope to have internet access in the future.

What are your quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM.

When is the community building open?

Our community building is open from 8 AM to 9 PM daily.

How many laundry units are available?

There are two washer/dryer combo units in the community building laundry room.

How many showers are available in the community building?

There is one shower in the women’s restroom and one in the men’s restroom.

Are there convenience stores near the Park?

There are a variety of grocery and convenience stores located five minutes away in the town of Burlington.

What forms of payment do you accept?

When booking online with Campspot, you will need a credit or debit card to make your reservation. Once you are at the Park, you will have the option of paying fees at the Park office using cash, check, debit, or credit cards.

How many vehicles can I have at the Park?

One RV and two vehicles are allowed per site. If you have additional vehicles, there is a vehicle storage area at the back of the property for a charge of $35/month.

Can I wash or repair my vehicle at the Park?

No. We ask that you wash your vehicles at the car wash stations in Burlington. Likewise, we ask that any routine car maintenance be done in town. In the case of an emergency repair, please check with the Park manager first.

Can residents use a generator?

Power hook-ups are provided at each site, so a generator is not needed. But in the event of an outage, generators are certainly allowed.

How many people can stay on one RV site?

A maximum of six guests are allowed per site. There will be an extra charge for additional guests beyond that.

Can I have visitors at my RV?

Overnight visitors may stay up to three consecutive nights in any seven-day period. Visitors wishing to stay longer must register with the office. Please see our Terms of Service.

Can I have a campfire?

Residents may not have wood or charcoal fires. Only gas/propane BBQ grills and gas/propane fire pits are allowed. Management may periodically host an open wood fire in the community area.

Are pets allowed in the Park?

A maximum of two pets (less than 50 pounds each) are allowed per RV for overnight rentals and extended stay guests using their own RV. Sorry, no pets in “Our Camper” rentals. Please register your pet with the office before your stay. Find out more about pets at the Park in our Pet Rules.

What types of pets are allowed?

Approved pets are domesticated birds, cats, dogs, or aquarium animals (fish, small reptiles). See our Pet Rules for breeds requiring special approval. And please note that pets of any kind are not allowed in "Our Camper" rentals.

Are there spaces available for tent camping?

Yes, an RV space may be rented for tent camping at the normal lot rate. Two tents will be allowed per space. The six person limit per lot will still apply. Please check with management before driving stakes into the ground to avoid water, sewer, and electric lines.

What are the RV pads and vehicle parking spots made of?

The RV pads are dirt and the parking spots are made of crushed asphalt.

I have to cancel my reservation. Will I lose my deposit?

If you have a nightly reservation, there will be no penalty as long as you notify us ahead of time of your cancellation. If you have an extended stay reservation ("Your Camper" or "Our Camper"), you must cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days from your scheduled arrival, or you don’t let us know about your cancellation at all, you will forfeit your deposit. See our Cancellation Policy.

How do I let you know if I need to cancel my reservation?

You can notify us of your cancelation through Campspot, at our email enjoyeverydayatthepark@gmail.com or by calling us at (719) 343-0062.

I'm a project worker. What happens if my work situation changes and I have to quickly end my stay?

We understand that project workers have special circumstances. You will be able to book on a weekly basis (rather than month-to-month). And we ask that you give a one week notice of departure. See the special note regarding project workers on our Cancellation Policy.

I cancelled my reservation in advance. How will I get my refund?

If you paid with a credit or debit card, your money will be credited back to that card. If you paid with cash or check, then a check will be mailed to your address. Please be sure we have your correct address on file. See our Refund Policy.
